Battery replacement for your iPhone?

image

Saw this one at Geardiary.com, and I just couldn’t resist sharing. This might be of great interest for those DIY type of person. Looks like igonemobile.com is selling this battery replacement for the Apple iPhone, and they got theirs hands on one.

Here’s what the article says about the battery replacement kit.

The Apple iPhone Li-Ion Battery+Replacement Kit does have a screwdriver, a green plastic mini pry bar, and an instruction manual in English. The 1400mAh, 3.7V iPhone battery looks authentic, but what frightens me is the three exposed wires.

This is suppose to be review article, but I didn’t really read anything that would suggest it being a review. Nonetheless, still interesting to see that there’s an option for DIY when my iPhone battery dies.

Head on over to Geardiary.com for the complete story.
