CorePlayer Mobile - a long-time favorite mobile media player on Windows Mobile and other mobile platforms - is being shown off running on an iPhone at CES. This demo shows audio only playback, but Corecodec are promising a few more in this series of demos where we’ll see video as well.
CorePlayer’s supported formats include: H.263, WAV, OGG, Speex, WAVPACK, FLAC, MPC, TTA, AMR, ADPCM, ALaw, MuLaw, Midi, G.726, G.729, G.711, GSM 06.10.
Why use CorePlayer when you’ve got an iPod built in? CorePlayer offers on-device media management - so you don’t have to let iTunes manage everything for you.
