There are a few good movie information apps for the iPhone, but Moviefone for iPhone may be the best looking of all of them.
The app’s strapline is ‘Give us your zip code and we’ll give you the world … of movies’ - and it’s a good indicator of how simple it is to use Moviefone. Just pop in your zip code and all the navigation is easy - to get to Showtimes nearby, info on Upcoming Releases, a Top 20 list and more.
I’m a sucker for iPhone optimized sites that offer bold, simple graphics and navigation elements that make it very easy to get to what you want very quickly - and Moviefone fits the bill nicely.

Yet another great find! I’ve added this to my home page for quick access. I, too, am a sucker for sites like this that are so easy and pleasing to navigate on the iPhone. I had been using another movie site to get my movie info (or the free Google SMS service) but this is much slicker…

Thanks - I really like this one. I know there are lots of folks who always want to see the full site, but I really see huge benefits in a lot of these optimized sites …
