uShow - iPhone Video Recording App Preview Looks Awful Good

uShow iPhone video recording app

uShow is the much talked about and much-anticipated (promised) new video recording application for the iPhone, being developed by drunknbass.  There is still no release date announced for uShow, but the previews are sure making it sound like a heck of a great app if and when it gets out the door.

Here are some of the promised features:

  • Upload your video to a number of free online video hosting services, email it to a friend, or save it to your phone
  • On-screen guide to monitor time stamp
  • On-screen guide for keeping content in frame
  • Record, save, share with just a few taps

The app already has a nice slogan - ‘Video sharing is finally anywhere and everywhere‘ - even if a whole lot of people with Nokia N-95s would probably get a good laugh out of it.

A few weeks back there was a beta registration for uShow, but that has apparently now closed.  I registered, but have not heard anything further about when the first beta release may be.  Here’s hoping we see this pretty soon, and that’s it’s as good as the previews look.

You can check out the uShow previews at the URL below, and also monitor THIS MMi forum thread for any beta / registration news:
