BossPrefs - one of the best and most essential iPhone utility programs - has got a major update today and added some major features that allow you to consolidate the number of apps needed for some common / popular tasks.

BossPrefs already provided an easy and convenient way to toggle On and Off many of the iPhone’s key services - like Bluetooth, WiFi and SSH.  This has been a hugely useful function as using these services only when needed can help maintain much better battery life and help security-wise in the case of the SSH service.

Today’s update - to Version 1.69 - now incorporates Poof (hide program icons) and power management features into the app’s main dock area.  So right from the main screen you can go to power management to invoke a quick respring, a full respring, or a reboot / power off.

You can also jump out to the Poof section with one tap, where you can choose to hide any of your installed apps icons, to save space and reduce clutter on your home screens.

Having these new features built right into the dock of BossPrefs makes it easier to consider eliminating the need for other, standalone programs to serve just these purposes.

The short story - one of the iPhone’s very best and most useful apps just got a fair bit better …

I just dont understand why someone cant make a program called LOCKIT and then when you open LOCKIT you scroll down through the apps that are installed on your iphone and then you put a check by the ones you want to lock.. Then you set the 4 digit code and hit enter. Then when you click on each on of them to go into them it asks you for that 4digit code..

Also what about the group email..

I have committed a comic error while instaling Poof appplication.
By mistake the Installer and Poof, both the icons got hidden in the process.

Now I am not able to use some of the hidden applications like You Tube, SMS etc.

Can some one help me / guide me to come out of this comic situation ?
