Tonight the Dev Team has released the new Pwnage Tool 2.0 – which can jailbreak the iPhone 3G model and the iPhone 2.0 software.
The software does not yet provide an unlock capability, but it does offer its well-known easy interface for jailbreaking the iPhone V1, iPod Touch, or iPhone 3G.
I’ll be trying it out on my V1 iPhone running the 2.0 software very shortly.
There’s only a Mac version right now – hopefully a Windows version is in the works.
