While the jury is going to be out for a long while on whether the Pre is a real and legitimate iPhone rival, there is no doubt at all that preThinking reader John is a genuine iPhone killer – and murderer and destroyer even.
John, who just switched from his 1st Gen. iPhone to the Pre, thought there was no better way to show his love for his new Pre than to: Smash his iPhone with a steel Hammer! Epic. Though extreme, not to this level.
He calls the 3 photos, "Problem, Method, Solution".
I’d hate to see what John’s old car looks like once he’s come home with a fancy new model.

I took a look at the Pre and I would not replace either a Blackberry Bold or an iPhone with this. It is more like a toy with almost NO apps to use. It is too small to read and feels flimsy to hold. A lot of fluff but it will not be as big a hit as Palm believes. I once was a Palm person but their day is long gone. Very sad actually.
