TUAW’s Steven Sande has got a good review post up on the recently released Quickoffice for iPhone app.

This first ‘suite’ for working with – and editing – MS Word and Excel documents on the iPhone was a long-awaited addition to the App Store and it’s good to see a thorough review of it.

Here’s just a quick excerpt of Steven’s post, from the section on Quicksheet, the Excel editing app in the suite:

Once again, I tested the limits and abilities of Quickoffice by taking the nastiest spreadsheet I could find and blasting it into the app. It was a 7 column by 600 row document with a bunch of calculations associated with it. I threw some colorful formatting on it, then sent it to Quickoffice.

The spreadsheet opened quickly and with no visible issues, with all formatting intact.

One thing I was surprised to learn is that copy & paste currently works in the Word editing app, but not yet in the spreadsheet editing app.

Check out Steven’s full review HERE – and share your thoughts if you’re a Quickoffice user …
