Congratulations to the winners of our Agile Mobile Contest!

After receiving a considerable amount of entries via comments on our website, as well as many additional entries using our special #hashtag on Twitter, we randomly selected ten names from the pool. Those ten people will receive an electronic iTunes Gift Card worth $10 US, intended for the purchase of Agile Mobile with push IM.

We intended to distribute these gift cards to the winners today, but due to a difficulty with the iTunes Store, this will most likely happen tomorrow.

The winners are (names as provided): Gary Mattox, sfmitch, Greg, Nick Rosson, Frank, Wayne Higa, MikeCTZA, Jeremy Puent, Fred, & Matt.

We will contact you with your iTunes gift card information as soon as we are able to process it with the iTunes Store.

Thank you to all who took part in this contest. We appreciate the great support, feedback,  and involvement that you, the readers, provide us.

Thanks guys! First contest I've won in a while. IM apps are definitely a showcase for the power of the iPhone. Although the free AIM app is good, it lacks many features that Agile Messenger has. Everyone was waiting for it to come officially to the app store and I'm finally glad to have it. Thanks again guys. Keep up the great work!

I bought the IM + software with push but really dont like it. It hangs up and also goes offline all the time and also tells me that I have signed in somewhere else.. can you tell me if this Agile Messenger is better or about the same.. and can you please list the pros of it compared to IM+ if you know of any.. thanks alot…

You might want to check out a post Thomas and I did a while back, comparing three leading IM apps for the iPhone, including IM+ and Agile Messenger:

Awesome! I'll be looking forward to purchasing a better IM client than my free version of AIM now!
