After fiddling around Safewallet briefly, here's what I have to say about it:

The App is rich with content to say the least, I haven't had time to try all the features/options within each type of card but from the few ones I tried, I must say I'm impressed. I will be recommending this App to my friends (those who have an iPhone at least).

A small note to the App's developer however, their web site's link through iTunes doesn't seem to be valid. Got the following message when I clicked:

Navigation Error

You've just reached a dead-end on our web-site. The link you are trying to reach either doesn't exists on our web-site or one of the link parameters is incorrect.

A Mac companion for the iPhone App would be a nice addition as well.

Many thanks Farès for the great feedback about SBSH SafeWallet! :) I'm really glad that you enjoyed using it and I'm also glad to say that we are already working on some really exciting new features these days that should hopefully be available for our users already in the next couple of weeks now! :)

As for the dead-link at iTunes – thanks for pointing this one! This is something that we missed :/ We just fixed this within the development control panel, the fix is still not showing within iTunes store, but I'm assuming that we will see it live upon the upcoming iTunes store update in the next couple of hours.

As for a mac companion – definitely something we are looking at these days and I hope that we will have some more news about this shortly too :) but still no specific news at this stage about this… we will probably need a bit more time here, but getting some progress done there too.

Have a great day!

First, I'd like to say "Thanks Just Another iPhone Blog!"

I like SafeWallet. Lots of great functionality. The number of templates available for entering data is impressive. I really like the fact that it goes well beyond credit cards, bank accounts, and online logins. Having templates for insurance policies, prescriptions, and serial numbers is great. The ability to create your own folders to organize your information is very nice as well. The UI is user-friendly. No problems figuring out how to enter new accounts. I have already recommended this app to my brother. Especially since he has a Windows PC instead of a Mac.

That brings me to seconding Farès' comment about a Mac companion. It would be fantastic to be able to use all this functionality on my Mac. I'm not going back to Windows short of some incredible advances in their UI and underlying technology. So please, Mac companion soon! I have a friend who uses 1Password, and in looking at that, SafeWallet blows it away in terms of functionality and UI, except for that pesky Mac compatibility thing.

One thing I'm of two minds about is whether I'd also like an unlock code on the iPhone app in addition to the password. I kind of like the thought of an extra layer of security on the phone, because cell phones are so much easier to lose than computers. On the other hand, I do already use unlock on the iPhone itself, so maybe a third layer of security would be overkill. Still not sure.

But overall, great app!
