The Dev Team has released an update to the iPhone Pwnage Tool program today – to Version 1.1. The application will auto-update if you’re running 1.0 of it already.
Here’s the list of changes and fixes from the Dev Team press release:
Fixes:
* EDGE settings fix for iPhone 1.1.4 firmware
* iPhone/iPod firmware 2.0 5A240d support
New Features:
* Added custom package support
* Added custom logo support
* Added auto delete of BootNeuter.app
See HERE for all the details and download links.
I have still not tried out Pwnage Tool. Just too happy with my current jailbreak setup and not willing to trade a sneak peek at 2.0 firmware for loss of lovely 3rd party apps. If you’ve given Pwnage a try, would love to hear about your experience!

Thanks for the update, i wanted this app for other iPhone i’m buying next week, just in time!
Is there a way to run an application (BootNeuter on IPHONE) from ssh. I can not run the app from the iphone because the top half of my iphone screen digitizer is not working and I need to restore my iphone to original state to send it for repair.
Thanks
geselaw – others may know different, but mu guess is no – because I think BootNeuter runs before the iPhone OS is fully up, so you’re not going to be able to get to it via SSH …
