1Password – the password manager application for Macs – has already got an iPhone bookmarklet version – and now they’re set to add an auto-fill feature to the iPhone version very soon.

This is always a very popular feature for any password manager / di1Passwordgital wallet program, as it allows you to automatically fill out login information on web forms and helps keep nasty keystroke loggers at bay.

Apparently Ars Technica got a chance to give this new feature a try at Macworld, and thought it worked well.

The new auto-fill feature is due to ship within the next week.  1 Password is Mac only, so I’ll still be awaiting some good password manager news for Windows users once the SDK hits next month.
