moleskine019

I did a post the other day on Databinge’s iPhone jailbreak apps – Timecapsule for backup, Transit, and moleskine, the powerful notes application – and how they would unfortunately not be crossing over to the soon-to-launch iPhone App Store.

Well, I got some very good new news on this from HC – the main man at Databinge – last night.  He has given things further thought and is going to look to bring moleskine across to the App Store.

He believes some functions will likely need to be trimmed out of the app in order for it to comply with some of Apple’s restictions – and it may well end up with a new name and interface as well.

Also, the jailbreak / Installer version of moleskine will continue to be worked on and improved.  Hmmm – best of both worlds sort of ring to all of this really.

We’ll look to share more on the App Store version of moleskine as soon as we can …
