ProSwitcher – the superb iPhone app switching app (for jailbroken iPhones) – has had another update, to Version 1.0.
One main addition is that it now ‘zooms’ the active card (app) when you invoke ProSwitcher – makes it just a little larger than the other cards. Not a huge thing, but another nice little touch.
One other nice change, from either this latest update or possibly the previous 0.8 – is a Settings option to ‘Become home screen’. If you toggle this On, then when you swipe to unlock or close out of a running app, you’ll get the ProSwitcher screen rather than the home screen.
ProSwitcher was already extremely impressive in its very first beta release. It’s impressive to see it getting frequent updates and enhancements.
You can grab ProSwitcher in the Cydia store now, and it is a free app.

I love the become home screen feature and have mine configured this way. then, when i want PogoPlank, I just hit the home button and it goes away. Really nice updates.
I didn't like the idea of Become the home screen much initially – may need to give it a go.
