Well, you obviously need a LogMeIn.com account and you'll need to install the agent on at least one host computer, but the Ignition app will work with the free accounts, so you should be able to use it with no further app costs.

LogMeIn is probably the most advanced remote support solution out there; they always come out with neat features such as this Ignition app. However, pricing is their main setback. Most of the time I can do without the "bells and whistles" offered by LogMeIn for an outrageous price. Something just to remote into my clients' machines and fix minor issues. I use Techinline (<a href="http://www.techinline.com)" target="_blank">http://www.techinline.com)</a> which I found to be the most affordable out there, although it obviously does not compare to LMI Rescue in terms of the feature-set. "To each his own", I guess..
