PIOutlookSync

Spotted this tweet last night from Alex at WebIS, makers of Pocket Informant – the powerful calendar and tasks app for the iPhone.  We’ve known for some time that Outlook sync was something that was coming for Pocket Informant, but it’s good to see that it is getting close to testing stages.

There is no estimate at all yet on when a new version with Outlook sync may hit the App Store, but if all goes well it will be in public testing in the next few weeks.

One thing’s for sure – when that feature is added, that should be a big draw for die-hard Outlook users.

In the meantime, Pocket Informant already offers a very feature rich calendar and tasks solution for iPhone users – you can give it a look HERE (full version) and HERE (a feature-limited Lite / free version).
