Tweetie 2 – one of the most popular and highly-rated Twitter apps for the iPhone – has just had a major update, to Version 2.1. The new version adds a slew of new features, including support for some high-profile new-ish Twitter features – things like Lists (and the ability to create them, edit them, manage them, and more), and Geotagging.
I’ve only had a very quick look at Tweetie 2, 2.1 so far this afternoon – and it will take me a while to get to know all these new features (and honestly some of them I may just never need to get to know) – but here’s a partial list of some notable additions in a screencap of the update page:
It’s always good to see an already stellar app continue to add updates, and also to see Tweetie adding support for some notable new Twitter features.
