Jeez. I guess there will be all sorts of horrible, exploitative nonsense around the web and elsewhere relating to the three celebrities who passed away this week – but for sheer tasteless, ugly-spirited timing this ‘soon to be released’ horrible app will take some beating.
It’s called Pocket Cemetery – because we all need one of those so badly – and it claims to let you ‘memorialize’ friends, family members, pets, and ‘even celebrities’. Maybe at a different time this app would just be uninteresting rather than abhorrent to me – longshot but maybe. But … watch the YouTube video – HERE – for this horror of an app. The guy is making his fracking promo video – using a Michael Jackson ‘memorial’ in his demo – when the man’s death had not even yet been confirmed.
Yuck. Nasty shite. I hope we are ‘memorializing’ this horrible app real soon.
