This one is just a real fun theme. It’s the Doodles Summerboard theme for iPhone from MMI forum member greenenvy.
I really like the hand-drawn look to this theme. It also has a very large number of supported icons, so even if you’ve got tons of 3rd party apps, most or all of them should be covered by Doodles.
This theme is available now on Installer. You can also make icon requests and learn more at this MMI forum thread.

is it available on cydia?
I'm not sure – sorry. There is a Doodle (singular) theme in there, but I don't think it's the same.
