When the Genius for Apps feature first came along with the iPhone OS 3.1 update, I was not very impressed with it. Despite presumably starting off with full knowledge of hundreds of apps I’d purchased via the App Store, its early sets of recommendations for me were odd and mostly useless.

This is kind of cool to see. I did a little purchasing of some new music in iTunes over the weekend – so I got a receipt email today, and it includes some app recommendations in amongst the suggested songs and albums.
